03 Apr Paul Ryan to visit Fort Worth for town hall
Paul Ryan, speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, will come to Fort Worth for a private town hall meeting, a tour of a North Texas airline headquarters and a visit with Catholic Charities Fort Worth on Tuesday.
Ryan will visit Southwest Airlines’ headquarters in Dallas and Catholic Charities Fort Worth to discuss two top issues for House Republicans: tax reform and workforce development. The speaker will have a closed town hall meeting with clients, mentors and supporters of Catholic Charities of Fort Worth at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday. Then he will tour the airline headquarters at 2:15 p.m. with House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX), one of the main authors of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
